Pinheiro Report against Syria is as truthful as the tale of 'weapons of mass destruction in Iraq'

The recent "report" of the Commission of inquiry on Syria by the UN Human Rights Council stands for its bombastic accusations against the Syrian government, but entirely omitted to present material evidence, or evidence corroborating the charges. It is based upon testimony from unidentified, unqualified people. The "investigative" method used is no different than the "cover" provided by the western corporate media wtih "information" that is without confirmation as to its truthfulness, yet repeated to exhaustion nevertheless.
"LOW STANDARD"
In the preamble to the "report" of the commission headed by the Brazilian, Paulo Sergio Pinheiro, (photo) it says that the "the standard of proof has 'reasonable suspicion'" and recognizes that this is "a lower standard of evidence than that used in criminal proceedings."
How were the testimonies collected? Very simple: a public appeal was launched. A UN official says they responded to the call for "organizations and persons interested" in "helping the commission."
So, between the testimony of the alleged "victims" and 223 witnesses' statements that may appear as disinterested declarations, some as agents of the CIA, there are mercenaries and other bums willing to help the White House in its attempt to overthrow the sovereign government of Syria.
None of the statements were checked. The allegation is that it's because they could not enter Syria. But there are other forms of evidence (photos, movies, documents, confrontations, mixed messages, etc.) It was even suggested to put these forward, but certainly not to run the risk of spoiling the pre-established itinerary.
The odd thing is that with millions of Syrians in the streets in all cities, supporting the government (all documented with photos) and more demonstrations outside Syria against foreign interference, that there is not a single statement that says the opposite of whatever the report wants to prove That is, none of these countless millions could testify.
The storytellers also heard from an entity of exemplary exemption as to the Syrian question: the Arab League. One where the little kings, emirs and sultans - all humble puppets of the U.S., to the point where they yield territory for military bases in the region - they defend their monarchies - known to be super-democratic - against the evil example of the Syrian Arab Republic.
The press, of course, took the more bombastic statement of the report that 256 children were killed by the regime under torture, sexual violence and other rugged practices imaginable for only truly sick minds. But none of these organs deigned to mention the Syrian claims that "citizens, soldiers and policemen are killed in ambushes by gangs of terrorists" and that the allegations against Syria "are manufactured by the media in the service of the Western powers." These were all things that the storyteller saw himself as feeling obliged to reproduce in order to give the "information" the minimum of appearance of impartiality. An effort in vain, by the way.
Pinheiro alleges that "the UN commission did not have government permission to enter Syria," but the correspondence exchanged with the Syrian government, attached to "report," proves exactly the opposite: there was no access prohibition to the country.
CORRELATION
The exchange of correspondence shows that the Syrian government says it would be pleased to receive a commission sent by the Human Rights Council. It asks only beforehand that the Commission of Inquiry to Syria allow them to complete their own investigations. On this issue, Paulo Pinheiro is the one who gives the ultimatum in a letter dated November 11, requiring that the committee has access to the country in 15 days, ignoring the Syrian considerations.
Finally, the "report" says that the Syrian government has not responded to a questionnaire submitted by the committee. Here too, the truth is distorted. The Syrian government responded by saying that the questionnaire was partial and it alone revealed the predisposition of the investigators.
The Syrian government says they are not concerned in their questioning about the sabotage that is leading to deaths in Syria (the government says there are more than one thousand killed by terrorists). Of the 26 questions from this questionnaire, only one deals with the actions of terrorists and all others speculate about the alleged Syrian government repression of unarmed demonstrators.
The report in fact actually apes the method already used by the media to demonize the Syrian government and its leader, Bashar Al Assad. As the researcher for Global Research, Julie Levesque, in her report entitled, "Protest in Syria: Who counts the dead?," (cache) says the "media reports on the alleged repression by the government of Syria, but does not mention their sources of information." "They," says Levesque, "are almost always 'human rights' groups or 'activists'."
Finally, an excerpt from an interview given to Russia Today TV in which - unlike the report by Paulo Pinheiro, the interviewee has a name and profession: Anhar Kochnev, manager of the travel agency that operates in Syria, among others.
She says: "There is a powerful disinformation underway. On the 1st of April, the media reported about a great event in Damascus. I was in Damascus that day. This event never happened, neither I, nor any of the residents saw it."
"Already on April 16," Anhar testifies, "Reuters news agency" reported that "50,000 opponents of the regime took to the streets of Damascus and were dispersed with tear gas and batons." No one saw. But city dwellers know that this event could not have occurred without the city's noticing. How many officers were needed to disperse it? How is it that no one has seen it except for Reuters?

GENEVA, (SANA) – Syria's permanent envoy to the UN in Geneva Fayssal al-Hamwi on Friday said that the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) proved in its session on Syria that the Council is subject to the will of some countries that seek to use it to escalate the crisis in Syria, causing the UNHRC to lose its credibility and international role.
In a speech during the session, al-Hamwi voiced the Syrian delegation's strong denouncement of the deviation from objectivity shown by the international committee on the situation on Syria which was apparent in its report, stressing that this committee ignored the documents and information provided by the Syrian government and disregard dozens of legislations and laws made to improve the Syrian people's conditions, mentioning them in passing at the end of the report.
"It was clear since the beginning of the crisis in Syria that some of the countries sponsoring such futile sessions are ignoring all the work being done by the Syrian government, as well as ignoring the acts of armed terrorist groups… instead they focus their criticism and condemnation on one side," he said, noting that such deliberate neglect will send the wrong message to armed groups and will cost the UNHRC its credibility and objectivity.
Al-Hamwi went on to note that the aforementioned countries continue to make calls for aggression and escalation under the pretense of humanitarian intervention, or sanctions that affect the livelihood of the Syrian people, or providing moral support to violence and its perpetrators in a blatant manner which reached the point of instructing gunmen not to hand over their weapons to the authorities and refrain from engaging in dialogue.
"Not once did we hear from them an invitation to seek peaceful ways out of the crisis, or urging to initiative a comprehensive dialogue, or visions and ideas for constructive and honest political solutions," he added.
Al-Hamwi stressed that Syria's problems will only be solved by Syrians, and that solutions cannot be imported from other capitals that wish violence and infighting upon Syria and its people, adding that a solution cannot be achieved either from international organizations and reports that only seek to escalate the crisis and extend it.
He called upon those who organized this session of "criticism and defamation" to cease such futile activities, stressing that the draft resolution presented to the UNHRC includes several articles that contradict with the Council's own regulations and aims at closing all doors to cooperation and dialogue between Syria and the organization.
Al-Hamwi concluded by saying that Syria believes that the solution begins with democratic national dialogue among all members of the Syrian community who reject violence, and that Syria will continue to achieve this regardless of all stances, resolutions and pressure exerted against it.
Loshchinin: Report for UNHRC on Syria Not Objective, Doesn't Reflect Reality
In turn, Russia's permanent envoy to the UN in Geneva Valery Loshchinin affirmed that the report prepared for the UNHRC on the situation in Syria isn't fully objective.
Loshchinin pointed out that the international community is receiving biased and unilateral views regarding the events in Syria, voicing regret over the fact that the report presented to the UNHRC contains this particular shortcoming and doesn't reflect the reality of the situation in Syria.
He stressed that those who wrote the report failed completely to give an objective evaluation of the events in Syria.
The UNHRC issued a resolution against Syria earlier on Friday. Four countries objected to it, including Russia and China, while six countries abstained from voting.
Russian Foreign Ministry: Draft Resolution Submitted to UNHRC Politicized, Unilateral
The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed regret over the draft resolution submitted by the western countries to the UNHRC session, describing it as politicized and unilateral.
In a statement released on Friday, the ministry said the draft didn't reflect the latest measures taken by the Syrian leadership to make reforms and start national dialogue.
The ministry added that the document didn't condemn the criminal acts committed by the armed opposition groups in Syria.
The statement stipulated that Russia stands in principle against the use of defending human rights mechanisms to interfere in internal affairs and achieve political goals that contradict the rules of international law and violate the UN Charter and the jurisdictions of the Human Rights Council.
The Russian Foreign Ministry statement added that the unverified facts and assumptions made by the Committee on possible violations of human rights in Syria was described in an intentionally broad and approach as crimes against humanity.
The statement stressed Russia's rejection of the articles comprised in the draft resolution, which intentionally considers the possibility of foreign military intervention under the pretext of defending Syria's people, adding that the sides behind the draft refused all attempts of the Russian delegation at reaching a balanced draft.
The statement stressed that the priority today lies in speeding up the halting violation and launching an internal dialogue, along with preserving Syria's unity and sovereignty, concluding that this stance could lead to implanting the political, social and economic reforms that meet the desires of all Syrians.

DAMASCUS, (SANA) – An official source at the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry on Saturday said that the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) issued an unjust resolution against Syria based on a premeditated report devised by those who target Syria and its stances.
The source said that the report presented to the UNHRC by an investigation committee was blatantly politicized, making judgment based on information promoted by some groups outside Syria and known biased mass media sources.
The source noted that this marks the third such UNHRC session in less than a year that targets a developing country practicing its right to establish security and stability, protect its citizens, ensure reform, which constitutes unjustified and blatant interference in the affairs of Syria which always defended human rights causes.
According to the source, several countries at the UNHRC said that the report and the resolution don't meet the minimum standards of objectivity and professionalism and overstep the jurisdiction of the UNHRC, in addition to ignoring the issue of weapon smuggling and the funding and training of terrorists in special camps outside Syria.
The source pointed out that the UNHRC deliberately ignored all the documents and information provided by the Syrian government which clarify the facts of the events that took places, and that it neglected to mention the dozens of laws and legislations issued to meet the aspirations of the Syrian people.
"It has become clear to the people of Syria and the countries that realize the reality of the conspiracy against it that the interest of the Syrian people is the last thing on the mind of the countries sponsoring such sessions and their impotent resolutions, and that their true goal is inciting the continuation of terrorism against citizens," the source said.
The source concluded by stressing that Syria realizes that such resolutions aim at prolonging the crisis and showing support to armed terrorism groups, but Syria will continue the reform process which includes comprehensive dialogue and issuing a new, modern constitution soon which will rival the best constitutions in the world.

The newspaper quoted diplomatic sources as saying that Moscow's reaction was bribed to try to "more stiffness in support of the Syrian regime's ruling."
The newspaper said that Moscow sent letters to foreign ministers of Arab countries, "saw in the Arab initiative, approved by the Syrian way appropriate to end the clashes and stop the sanctions that come down Bmsaouliha from all corners of the U.S. to Europe and finally Arab. The newspaper quoted its sources as saying that there are contacts conducted by Egypt with the Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil al-Arabi "in an attempt to narrow the rift between him and demanded that Syria, which include the protocol attached to the Syrian inquiries for its content."
The source told the newspaper that "Russia is considering in this area a strategic, not tactical," but "is not to suggest that seeking the Russian has succeeded due to the depth of disagreement between Damascus and decision makers issued by the influential Arab countries to pressure Syria to stop the violence employed by the against the insurgents from one party, without answer on how to adjust the insurgents. "

Before going into the United Kingdom's possible (inevitable) involvement in any conflict with Syria and Iran we need to look at the bigger picture.
Iran has ties with Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine and as these relationships strengthen you will see a vast tract of land become accessible to Iran reaching over to the Mediterranean Sea. Strategically and economically this is most valuable corridor as it would give Iran direct access to European markets bypassing the Persian Gulf and enhancing there "Geo Political Position."
In the military sense, it is obvious that should the US, UK, Israel or any other NATO force become involved in a strike against Iran/Syria their allies would probably take up arms against those involved. One would assume that the attackers would prefer to take simultaneous action against all otherwise it would put Israel in a very precarious position.
We have seen Britain play a major supporting role in anything the Israel's do and also give British Government support in slicing up North Africa. Firm military action by Britain saw the demise of Libya where we stood side by side with the US and France to create what was only supposed to be a UN "No fly Zone."
So what is Britain's stance with Syria and Iran and is there some other hidden agenda that could determine the UK's involvement in supporting any campaign with the US/Israel or any other NATO element?
We will in this article cover the political ties with Israel and reveal the mood of this country and the US in taking whatever action is required to support Israel (which in turn secures their own political future). It is widely known that Israel and many Zionist groups (Friends of Israel, AIPAC, CFR, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg etc) fund many leading politicians. One could go a stage further and say that up to and including President/Prime Minister (including their respective parties) are totally supported financially from Zionist sources.
I find it incredible offensive to listen to such people as Cameron, Clegg, Hague and Osborne and their counterparts in the US, Obama, Clinton etc swear allegiance towards Israel rather than their own country. It is clear that politics in the west (including Europe) is totally controlled by Zionist elements, which I guess all comes under the title of The New World Order.
Before moving on with our own governments approach towards Syria and Iran, we must fully understand that it is that same Zionist control that decides what we see on TV and what we read in our newspapers…..all of whom are highly censored, including the good old BBC.
Cameron, and his partner in crime Hague, would have to be two of the most dangerous political figures this country has ever seen, although the "Iron Lady", Maggie Thatcher took some beating!!
We saw Cameron and Hague prodding continuously at the US, EU and United Nations to take action against Gadaffi with the other Zionist Sarkozy right alongside of them….not forgetting that unseen troublemaker Merkel!
Why you may ask did Britain, France and the US push so hard to brainwash the UN into this action? The answer is very simple….Gadaffi, despite what you may think, was not such a bad man but rather the opposite. He cared for his country and made Libya one of the most prosperous nations in Africa and he was about to nationalize the oil/gas industry which would have hit the pockets of the west in a very big way.
I have to again remind you all that this current state of affairs, what they call the "Arab Spring" and the current "Western Spring" is all part of a "Geo Political" master plan by the New World Order to secure its own agenda. I formerly revealed the three main themes of that plan, being:
· To control the world's natural resources.
· To control the markets for those resources.
· To control the sea-lanes, transit routes and pipeline routes for those resources.
What, you may ask, has this got to do with this country and our politicians? Well in case you didn't notice many of them are either Freemason, Zionist (both Christian and Jewish) or Avid supporters of Israel!
Every current and past leader has talked about the NEW WORLD ORDER, should you doubt its existence simply search the web and listen to them all talking about it, alternatively listen to them taking their stand in the support of Israel. Just monitor which one of them attends the annual Bilderberg meeting or how many of them regularly attend Chatham House in London, which is one of the NWO hubs!
I can also link many of the more senior politicians with massive fraud with direct links (in some cases) to that evil establishment called Rothschild's who play such a vital role in the carving up of the Middle East.
So what is David Cameron's stance and what is he saying about Syria or Iran?
We see the controlled media putting out headlines such as this one in The Telegraph:
"Call for David Cameron to lead action against Syria"
One simple paragraph summed up the entire situation:
Britain has been contacted directly and encouraged to act as a "team captain" to coordinate discussion of more robust action against President Bashar al-Assad, and to plan for what is regarded as his inevitable departure.
Can you see a repeat of the Libyan situation here in trying to force a "Regime Change"?
Before moving on did you know that the whole purpose (or so they tell us) was to save lives of innocent people in Libya……they gave an initial figure of around 6,000 dead at the time….all at the hands of Gadaffi…or so we are supposed to believe.
One thing is fact….the figures given did not come for the UN or any other source but came from the leader of the Trans National Council (TNC) and were totally inaccurate. However let's just assume he may have been correct (6,000 dead)…….by the time the US, UK and France had finished their campaign there were more than 50,000 dead with the added donation of NATO of total devastation of each and every city and more importantly the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) being used in the form of Depleted Uranium (DU) which has now totally contaminated Libya forever….it has attacked the genes of all Libyans …..The very DNA of life and can never be cleaned up (DU has a half life of 4.5 billion years)! It's only a matter of time before we see a huge hike in many forms of cancer's and birth defects etc, especially in the unborn fetus and young children….no doubt the people of Libya would be most thankful for our countries involvement!!
Cameron and Hague are "War Mongers" and in my opinion also "War Criminals" and it is very clear as to which side of the fence they stand.
So what can Britain do to help in yet another potential war/conflict?
Let's look at another censored report from The Guardian with headlines as follows:
"UK military steps up plans for Iran attack amid fresh nuclear fears"
The first paragraph says it all:
"Britain's armed forces are stepping up their contingency planning for potential military action against Iran amid mounting concern about Tehran's nuclear enrichment programme, the Guardian has learned."
Please understand that from my perspective this has nothing to do with Iran's Nuclear Capability but rather the same old master plan by the New World Order to mold the outcome of their "Geo Politics" in the region. It is this same organization (NWO) that intentional collapsed the finances of the world and who are currently responsible for the second, (more severe) financial collapse of Europe.
Cameron, Hague and the MoD are planning behind the scenes to put in place UK hardware at strategic locations around the periphery of Iran and Syria……one of the most important tools to start off such an attack is by cruise missiles and that means British Naval vessels such as warships and submarines that can be positioned in the Eastern Mediterranean and also in the Persian Gulf.
The British owned territory in the North of the Indian Ocean (Diego Garcia) will yet again play a major role in US, UK and any other NATO intervention. It has been used so many times throughout the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen and Somalia.
The question remains: Do we the British public want our country to continue of this aggressive path? Do we want our own military personnel to be contaminated with radiation? Do we want our country to focus on spending what little money we have on wars or to plough it back into our economy and stop these harsh austerity measures?

MOSCOW, (SANA) – Advisor of Political Affairs in the Russian State Duma, Rajab Safarov, criticized on Saturday the double-standard policies of the western countries as they violate the sovereignty of countries under the pretext of human rights.
In an interview with SANA correspondent in Moscow, Svarov pointed out that the western double-standard policy has reached its height with regards to Syria, adding that the Arab League has been subjugated by the western countries to serve their interests.
He said that the Arab League stance against Syria is not logical, adding that the Arab League has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of independent countries.
Savarov described Russia's stance in support of Syria as "totally correct", clarifying that Russia will not allow the West to attack Syria under the blessings of the Arab League.

DAMASCUS, (SANA)-American journalist Webster Tarpley said the West is doing its best to destabilize the situation in Syria where civilians have to deal with death squads and blind terrorism, which is typical of the CIA.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta called on Israel on Friday to take diplomatic steps to address what he described as its growing isolation in the Middle East. Reuters
"For example, Israel can reach out and mend fences with those who share an interest in regional stability — countries like Turkey and Egypt, as well as Jordan," he said. "This is not impossible. If the gestures are rebuked, the world will see those rebukes for what they are. And that is exactly why Israel should pursue them."
Addressing an issue that is in the primary domain of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, Panetta urged Israel to "lean forward" to achieve peace with the Palestinians. Peace talks have been moribund for more than a year.
"Rather than undermining the Palestinian Authority, it is in Israel's interests to strengthen it by ... continuing to transfer Palestinian tax revenues and pursuing other avenues of cooperation," he said. AP
