Syria has witnessed Friday demonstrations in several different regions of Syria, after Friday prayers, on Friday dubbed "Friday Victory for our Levant and our Yemen" (nasr li-shaami-naa wa yamani-naa, also saw the fall of the martyrs and the assassination of a brigadier in Homs.

The demonstrations took place in some areas of Damascus and its countryside, and Homs, Deir Al-Zour and al-Hasakah, Daraa, Hama and Idlib and its countryside, and some areas of the countryside of Aleppo (Mari'a, Andan, Tall Rif'at, and some villages al-Manbij).

反政府デモへの弾圧が続くシリアでは、市民への発砲命令を拒否して離反した兵士と政権側の戦闘で、この2日間で市民14人が巻き添えになって死亡し、市民の犠牲者がさらに増えることへの懸念が高まっています。

シリアでは、デモの弾圧のために配置された兵士が、市民への発砲命令を拒否して離反するケースが増えており、中部のラスタンでは、その数はこの1週間でおよそ200人に上っているということです。これに対して、政権側は戦車で町を包囲したうえ、戦闘機による空爆も行っており、離反した兵士らとの間で激しい戦闘が続いています。シリアの人権団体によりますと、ラスタンではこの2日間で戦闘の巻き添えになって14人の市民が死亡したということです。ラスタンの住民は、NHKの電話取材に対して「銃撃音や戦闘機の爆音が1日中やむことはなく、町の中は政権側の戦車や兵士ばかりで、怖くて外出できない」と緊迫した状況を語りました。政権側が、離反した兵士の鎮圧を口実に市民のデモへの弾圧を強めることに、懸念が広がっています。国外で活動するシリア人の活動家たちは、29日、エジプトのカイロで記者会見をして、「市民は、あくまでも平和なデモを行っている」と強調し、武力で弾圧を続けるアサド政権側を厳しく批判しました。

Idlib, (SANA) - Child Muhammad Abdul-Aziz Dahrouj on Thursday was martyred after being shot by an armed terrorist group in Khan al-Sobul Village in Idlib Province on the International Highway to the north of Ma'arat al-Nua'man City.

Gunmen, who were inside a black car without a plate, opened fire on the child near the shop of his father which sells bread.

Father and Uncle of the child denied what al-Jazeera TV station has broadcast, attributing to the terrorist act of "al-Shabbiha".

They said that while our son was going to bring some bread to the family, a Kia-black car stopped and armed men began shooting fires randomly, adding "those gangs want to exert pressure on the people to force them demonstrate or they will die."

DAMASCUS, (SANA)-An official military spokesman on Thursday denied reports by some TV stations that warplanes have raided al-Rastan, stressing that these reports are baseless and untrue.

"Law Enforcement forces, backed by army units confronted the armed terrorist groups who had terrified citizens in al-Rastan, crippled life circle in the city, sabotaged private and public properties and killed civilians as well as blocked roads with explosives and roadblocks," the spokesman said.

He added "in a specific operation, the Army units have successfully fulfilled their duties, arresting a number of the armed groups' members, seizing their weapons, explosives and different ammunitions."

The spokesman said clashes have led to the martyrdom of seven Army and law-enforcement members, including two officers, wounding 32 others among them 7 officers, adding" the army members are pursuing the terrorist groups to restore security and stability to al-Rastan and its citizens,"

The fabricated news of warplanes come in the framework of a series of false news which some TV stations, particularly al-Jazeera, deliberately broadcast before Friday, hoping to achieve projects that call for foreign intervention in Syria's internal affairs.

This is not the first time when al-Jazeera broadcasts false and fabricated news. Since events have begun, it persisted to broadcast untrue events about mass demonstrations, warplanes' flights, but the Syrian people are aware of their lies.

DAMASCUS, (SANA) – The Syrian Human Rights Network (SHRN) said that its fact-finding committee learned that an armed terrorist group on Friday opened fire on a group of women in al-Rastan, martyring 75 year-old Addoul Sleiman al-Ghajari and injuring 10 year-old Reem Nasser Hadid in her left thigh.

PROVINCES, (SANA)-Three members of a military engineering unit were martyred, 2 others were injured, when they were trying to dismantle an explosive device in Douma, Damascus Countryside.

A Police source told SANA correspondent that the explosive device, planted in a place expected to witness a turnout of protesters following Friday Prayers, suddenly blasted which caused the death of the three martyrs.

The source said that the competent authorities immediately summoned a military engineering unit to dismantle the explosive device before the prayers leave the mosques, which was placed in an iron tube and aimed to kill the largest number of citizens in Douma city.

Three Civilians Martyred, Law Enforcement Members Injured by Gunmen Fire in Hama

SANA correspondent in the central province of Hama reported that gunmen opened fire on the law enforcement forces and the civilian citizens in Kafr Zaita area, which caused the death of three civilians and the injury of a number of law enforcement members.

The firing started two hours after al-Jazeera TV had reported that intensive fire shooting and mass protests took place in Hama, whereas this news was dismissed as completely false by SANA correspondent who confirmed that life was quite normal at that time.

Explosive Device to the South of al-Omari Mosque in Daraa Dismantled

Military engineering units in Daraa province, south Syria, dismantled a 12 kg explosive device planted to the south of al-Omari Mosque.

Idlib Governorate witnessed scattered demonstrations after the Friday prayers, dispersed by themselves.

Armed Terrorist Groups Kill, Kidnap and Torture Citizens in Idlib

In Idlib, the armed terrorist groups in Idlib province on Friday killed citizen Raed Mohammed Zeidany, from Idlib inhabitants, who was kidnapped on September 6 near Binnish city after threatening him many times for refusing the calls for murder and sabotage and the participation in demonstrations.

The body of citizen Zeidany was found yesterday evening between Khan al-Sobol and Debsi towns, informed sources told SANA reporter, adding that it was transported to Idlib National Hospital.

The source added the examination of the body clarified that the death resulted from a fatal gunshot wound with the appearance of torture effects around the body and the distortion of facial features.

Lawyer, Fuad Sheikh Omar, from Baider Shamso town in Jabal al-Zawiya, refuted the news broadcast by tendentious channels, especially al-Jazeera, on his resignation from the Bar Association in Idlib.

Sheikh Omar, who is now receiving treatment at Idlib National Hospital, denied as "baseless" the news broadcast by such channels that broadcast lies and distort facts.

Earlier, the lawyer was abducted by an armed group as he was returning home accompanied by his father and one of his relatives. The terrorists pulled him out of the car, took him to one of the valleys, tortured and beat him, then they contacted his family and threatened them of killing and burning properties is a case of informing about the incident before releasing him.

For his part, Bayan al-Kart from Saraaqib city narrated to SANA correspondent how he was tortured and threatened with death after he was kidnapped by the armed groups on Wednesday for refusing to respond to their calls to take part in demonstrations and how they blackmailed his family for money.

DAMASCUS, (SANA) – Two students from Daraa province confessed to participating in fabricating footages of protests and videotaping areas in Damascus to fabricate footages of protests inside Damascus.

Shkr al-Bardan told the Syrian TV on Thursday that he filmed protests and sent them to TV channels and fimled the police headquarters in Khaled bin al-Walid St. in Damascus and sent the film to other terrorists who wanted to fabricate footages of protests there.

For his part, Muhammad Meri said he took part in three protests in his village in Daraa, adding that he knew that the people who invited him to participate in the protests received SYP 3 millions from al-Jiza village intended to be given to the protesters.

DAMASCUS, (SANA) – Barakat Mohamad Matir and Mwafaq Muhammad al-Jasem from Hama recounted how terrorist Abdel Hadi Ad-Dalla opened fire at protesters in Homs from a white Hyundai car to film the event and send the footage to al-Jazeera channel to accuse security forces of committing it.

In his confessions broadcast by the Syrian TV on Thursday, Matir said that the gunmen appeared in the video broadcast by the Syrian TV opening fire at protesters near al-Fairouza traffic signal in Homs are Firas al-Batesh, Abdel Hadi al-Dalla and his brother-in-law Mwafaq al-Jasem.

He added that he was arrested as he is the owner of the car seized at a checkpoint near al-Rastan while transporting weapons, indicating that one of his relatives Naser al-Jayez and someone called Sultan al-Ahmad borrowed the car.

For his part, Mwafaq al-Jasem said that he participated in protests that call for reforms in al-Asheera neighborhood.

He confessed that Abdel Hadi opened fire at protesters and homes randomly from a white Sonata Hyundai car.

Al-Jasem said some masked gunmen provoked children and youth to set up barricades on the roads claiming that the security forces will enter the neighborhoods and open fire at the inhabitants.

He narrated what he repeatedly heard from some gunmen who claimed to protect protesters that they themselves participated in protests, opened fire at protesters or sent some of them to do so as to accuse the security of committing their crimes.

Over 4 months, they continued to instigate protests, destroy streets and electricity power stations to deceive people and convince them that the security forces will storm their homes, he said.

Al-Jasem said that Sheikh Yousef provoked prayers in al-Refaei Mosque to participate in protests claiming that the state is killing people and at night he carries a gun in the streets side by side with the armed groups.

He recognized Firas al-Batesh, Maher al-Na'es and Abdel Hadi al-Dalla cousin and some of al-Asheera inhabitants while watching videos about gunmen opening fire at the citizens broadcast by the Syrian TV.
