No power when the Nabil al-Arabi acceptance of amendments to the Syrian on the paper is organized visit observers to it, because Damascus to amendments changed the face of the sheet of text is a trap Qatar - U.S. written in his handwriting, Jeffrey Feltman and gave it to Hamad bin Jassim, who handed him a turn to the hostage Nabil el-Arabi, a text prescribed Syrian intelligence before the doors of the world, and especially the U.S., but Syria to its amendment returned to Qatar where it could be an understanding, to achieve the goal of observers does not permit the violation of Syrian sovereignty.

And says the novel an officer in the national security of Egypt: "The Nabil al-Arabi turned into a hostage when the country after inflicting in the scandal, they have their video of it and so you see like never attached to praise bin Jassim not refuse his request, even if the scandal, ethical and professional to the judge previously I'm Egyptian revolution that brought him to the General Secretariat of the Arab League has become a servant actually works to the wishes of the Israeli Qatar - U.S. ".

And tells the officer how helped Nabil Arab Qatari minister to fabricate suspended from Syria by reading a brief to the legal material Ajtzoha Arab and fled through the decision of Qatar to suspend the membership of Syria, After having rejected the larger Arab states demand Qatar internationalization of the Syrian issue, resorted Doha to "legitimate alternative" to achieve the same goal of internationalization, called "observers."

Qatar and requested the Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil ensure that the text of the understanding that: "the expertise and the Arab and Islamic friends" with the knowledge that the phrase appears broad interpretations and implications, and carry with them from as many nationalities.

He continues, Egyptian exporter that the text is the U.S. similar to that signed by Saddam Hussein of the terms of his surrender to the Americans after the war of Desert Storm and those conditions have led to the end of the Iraqi military and the demand Hamad bin Jassim on behalf of the Arab League of Syria means that Qatar could force President Assad to open the doors of his house Foreigners who come to the inspectors on the wing of the Arab initiative.

The source says that the names of the Arab delegation - Foreign ready and more than half of Almkhabratien Americans, who will present themselves as representatives of associations human rights of Arab and international, mostly of Syrian descent and Arab Imagine for example, the leaders of intelligence American of Arab origin with nationality and Arab American is one of the will of Damascus for inspection at their security and military and sovereign

According to the source, note the Arab sent to Syria also says "that it is the right of observers to visit any center of a security or a Syrian military without coordination with the Syrians and they can also request all the Archive of the Syrian ministries of Syria, without coordination with the Syrian authorities, and also have the right to Friendly administrative staff for their service and the military to protect them ".

According to the text of the Arab League: to visit prisons and hospitals and the military, security, communications and media centers and science centers, and all departments and institutions of the state .... And elsewhere, which means the violation of everything in Syria. Why do you want to visit these places the Arab League an hour as you like, while required to look at the facts on the ground to determine who commits crimes?

And the ability of the Arab to get rid of dictations country, the source said: "I do not seem so, especially when it comes to partnership smelting Arab construction companies and projects with some of the ousted Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar has been involved with debts and loans around eliminating the country to embezzlement, from here conjures past experiences in the issue of observers if they violated the country as they did in Iraq before, to discover that among the intelligence components of the delegations, stripped the country and contributed to the detection of the target.

Nabil al-Arabi, Sec. Gen. of the Arab League, said that he was not authorised to negotiate with Syria to change what was agreed at the Foreign MInisters' conference, so Syria's demand was turned down. (note: This is an indication that Nabil al-Arabi tried to mediate between Syria and Qatar, but Qatar did not care, and refused flatly.)

BEIRUT, (SANA)_The Media and Public Relations' Bureau at the Lebanese Free Patriotic Movement said in a statement on Sunday that the delegation which spent a week in Syria said, during a meeting with the Lebanese MP Michel Aoun, Chairman of Change and Reform bloc, that there is a media campaign paving the way for a military war against Syria.

The statement said the members of the European delegation, comprised of journalists and religious and social figures, stressed the importance of confronting the biased world media which twists facts about the events in Syria.

The statement added that one of the delegation members suggested founding a TV network that broadcasts round-the-clock news on the Syrian events to refute the news of biased channels.

The members of the delegation gave accounts of the events in Syria as they witnessed them, relating a story of a Syrian army member who lost his feet when he threw himself on a bomb to protect people during an armed attack.

For his part, MP Michel Aoun said war against Syria will continue, because the legitimate demands are not the reason behind war.

AMMAN: Angry relatives of a Jordanian who died in detention last week blocked a road to neighbouring Syria on Sunday, accusing authorities of killing him after he allegedly helped Syrians buy arms.

"We blocked the international road from (the border town) Ramtha to Syria to protest against an autopsy report and to demand a trial for the killers," Fathi Zubi, brother of Najem, 20-year-old taxi driver, who died in prison on Wednesday night, told AFP.

"We will continue our protests until the the killers are identified," said Zubi, whose family belongs to one of the largest tribes in northern Jordan.

Zubi said his uncle, who is a physician, "attended the autopsy and said the cause of death was asphyxiation."

"According to my uncle, by brother was strangled. He did not hang himself as the report claimed," he added.

Residents in Ramtha, a town north of Amman, confirmed to AFP that the road has been blocked by large rocks and burning tyres.

Police spokesman Mohammad Khatib played down the incident, saying, "around 30 people blocked road."

"The situation is currently being addressed by MPs, senators and others who are in talks with Zubi's family," Khatib said.

On Thursday, protesters in Ramtha torched the governor's offices, the courthouse and a police car before a riot squad broke up the demonstration using tear gas.

A Jordanian official, on condition of anonymity, said that day: "Najem took two Syrians, who had arrived in Jordan a few days earlier, to an arms dealer.

His mother insisted on Sunday "my son Najem had a clean record."

"He was supposed to get a new job in the Civil Defence Department later this week. I do not understand why he was arrested," she told AFP.

Meanwhile, the Jordan Football Association decided to hold a national league match in Amman instead of Ramtha, "for security reasons."

Several residents of Ramtha, which lies across the border from the restive Syrian city of Daraa, often smuggle clothes, food and other goods across the frontier.

But border controls have been stepped up since the outbreak of a deadly anti-regime revolt in Syria in March.

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia: Israel sees cracks in Syrian power structures amid increasingly violent unrest, and there are signs President Bashar al-Assad may not be in power for long, Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Saturday.

Fourteen civilians were killed in a crackdown on dissent against Assad's rule on Saturday, activists said. The United Nations says at least 3,500 people have died since March.

Barak said members of Syria's security services, the armed forces and the civil service were starting to assess Assad's future and were working out how to hedge their bets.

"As a result of it, I believe that we see for the first time, some cracks appearing in the support that he enjoys within his own arena," he told the Halifax Security Forum in Atlantic Canada.

Assad has come under growing international pressure to end the crackdown. Syrian authorities blame the violence on foreign-backed armed groups which they say have killed some 1,100 soldiers and police.

Barak said it was significant that King Abdullah of Jordan has called on Assad to step down and that the Arab League suspended Syria this month.

"That is a real signal that there is acceleration toward the end of this regime," he said.

Syria remains in a formal state of war with Israel, which seized the Golan Heights in 1967. It also has alliances with Iran as well as militant groups Hamas and Hezbollah.

Barak said the Assad family had reigned over Syrians for 40 years "like a medieval fiefdom in Italy somewhere on the mountains. It's an iron fist."

Asked about Assad's possible downfall and Syria's links to Hezbollah, Barak said: "It will damage these radical axes and they will make them somehow weaker. It will weaken Hezbollah, it will weaken Hamas.

"In this regard, it's good, but it's not just for Israel, but I believe it's good for the Middle East as a whole."
