The total subsidies for the implementation of service projects for the administrative units and towns within the budget of the independent province of Damascus to two billion and 300 million pounds. The governor of Damascus, Major General Zahid Haj Moussa, said the benefits included drainage projects, roads, health and hygiene, and distributed based on the actual need for urgent projects and the number of people on the ground, in addition to the geographical area.
