Aks al-Ser aware that the national leadership of the ruling Baath Party issued a decision exempting Dr. Mohsen Ehsan from his duties as Secretary of the Party Branch Idlib.
The source made it clear to Aks al-Ser that the resolution included the appointment of Subhi Al-Abdullah as Secretary of the Party Branch Idlib successor to Dr. Mohsen Ehsan.
It is noteworthy that al-Abdullah was the head of the Interim Committee and former Secretary of the Party branch.
