Said Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister said that Moscow intends to make efforts to launch a national dialogue in Syria, expressing his regret at the attitude of some forces in the Syrian opposition abroad, which rejects this dialogue.

Lavrov said at the conclusion of the meeting of foreign ministers of member states of the Organization of Economic Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific, which was held in Honolulu on November 11 said: "We feel responsible to do everything in our power to launch a national dialogue in Syria."

Lavrov noted that some representatives of the Syrian opposition forces who are particularly in Turkey and the United States took a strong position and, unfortunately, "cannot understand or support," the minister said, in rejecting any suggestions on the start of the dialogue.

He said Lavrov reiterated Moscow's intention to support the national reconciliation dialogue in Syria and said, "We will work to convince (some opposition forces) to adopt more positive and constructive thinking in the (future) home .. hope that everyone take a responsible attitude" of the issue.

In this referring to the other issues addressed by the meeting, Lavrov said that the discussions centered on issues of green economy, integration and the face of natural and industrial disasters.

Political analyst who refused dialogue with the authorities do not want a solution but to seek foreign intervention

Political analyst Hussain Murtaza, in contact with the channel "Russia Today", noted that whether Syria welcomes the Arab League mission to visit its territory depends on the trust of Damascus itself, and its desire to brief operators on the ground away from the media are trying to fabricate events and killings.

And analyst pointed out that those who reject dialogue with the authorities, they are in harmony with U.S. policy, and do not want a solution but rather seek to foreign intervention and no-fly zone.

The Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin launched an attack against Western intervention in Libya, describing the move by Britain, France and the United States against Gaddafi full scandal and humiliation of the international community.

He said that, one of them making the conflicting parties, they have committed a major violation of UN resolution, the Independent newspaper showed that Putin's comments came in response to a question about Syria during a dinner with members of the Valdai group of international specialists Russians.

Putin warned that any action against Syria would result in destruction like that inflicted on Libya, noting that it would be unacceptable, and confirmed that he will be president who will fight against such a decision.
