Said Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister on November 28 in the meeting with the ambassadors of Arab countries, the need to find a compromise to overcome the crisis in Syria in the Middle East and North Africa the other.
According to the communiqué and the Russian Foreign Ministry said, "Lavrov reiterated Russia's principled position, which calls for a solution to all problems, internal political urgency, no matter how severe, by peaceful means, and through national dialogue, which aims to reach a national accord, without outside interference."
It was noted in the author that "it was emphasized the need to search constantly, without warnings, the center coordinated solutions to overcome the crisis, Syria and other countries in the region."
Lavrov also said Russia detail the vision of the evolution of the situation around the Iranian nuclear program.
The ministry in a communication that "the focus was on the necessity to start proceedings of the international community in this case, it is important to speed up the inevitable resumption of negotiations with Tehran, and the abandonment of confrontation." It was noted in the document to the "unity of the positions of Russia and the countries members of the Arab League, the initial support of the Palestinian national aspirations of the people, and the achievement of the Palestinian-Israeli settlement on the basis of customary international law."
It is submitted that "in particular was characterized by the common desire to further strengthen the cooperation between Russia and the member states of the Arab League, in order to consolidate peace and security in the region and resolving issues in the Middle East and North Africa are successful."

Russia said that the Arab countries themselves, without outside intervention to settle the situation in Syria.
And said in a statement released by the Russian Foreign Ministry said Monday, commenting the decision of the League of Arab States to impose sanctions against Syria, "Moscow following the efforts taken by this organization to find the settlement of the Syrian crisis as soon as possible in the frames of Arab and without outside interference."
The statement noted that "the priority task is in the meantime to preserve the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Syria as one of the major countries of the Middle East as well as to avoid the escalation of confrontation in the relations between religions and nationalities."
The ministry confirmed the need to use until the end capabilities inherent to the initiative of the Arab League and other possibilities to stop the violence shown by the parties, and the establishment of the internal dialogue.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said it "will allow the normalization of the situation in the country and the implementation of those reforms, the political, economic and social will respond and aspirations of Syrian citizens."

MOSCOW, (SANA) – The Russian political analyst Vyacheslav Matuzov on Monday stressed that Russia won't give up its support for its stance towards the events in Syria, adding that the U.S.A. supports armament against the Syrian authorities.
Interviewed by Russia Today TV channel, Matuzov added that the U.S. and France are training armed groups on the Turkish territories and sending large amounts of money from Libya to provide financial support to these groups which is internationally unacceptable.
He said that Russia won't buckle under the pressures exerted by the U.S., the NATO or other Arab countries but rather it calls upon all sides in Syria to engage in dialogue.
Matuzov considered the Arab League's recent decision against Syria as lacking political solution, indicating to the media war launched against Syria.
He added that the western statements violate the international law and the UN charter which prevent a country from interfering in the affairs of other countries, stressing Russia's commitment and respect of international law.

MOSCOW: Russia will send a flotilla of warships led by its only aircraft carrier to its naval base in Syria for a port call next year amid tensions with the West over the Syrian crisis, a report said Monday.
The ships, headed by the Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier, will dock at the little-utilised Russian base in the Syrian port of Tartus in spring 2012, the Izvestia daily said, quoting the Russian navy.
The Tartus base, a strategic asset for Moscow dating back to Soviet times, is rarely used by Russian vessels and currently no Russian ship is based there although civilian and military personnel are present.
A naval spokesman confirmed the plan to send the ships but insisted it had nothing to do with the deadly violence in Syria between forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad and the opposition.
"The call of the Russian ships in Tartus should not be seen as a gesture towards what is going on in Syria," the spokesman told the paper, adding the Admiral Kuznetsov would also visit Beirut, Genoa and Cyprus.
"This was planned already in 2010 when there were no such events there. There has been active preparation and there is no need to cancel this," added the spokesman.
Russia and the West have become deeply split over the situation in Syria, with Moscow insisting that sanctions and pressure against the Assad regime is not the way to solve the crisis.
Izvestia said the Admiral Kuznetsov -- Russia's only operational aircraft carrier -- would head down from the Russian Far North in December, keeping west of Europe and heading into the Mediterranean through the Strait of Gibraltar. It would also carry around a dozen aircraft.
It said the Admiral Kuznetsov would not be able to dock in Tartus itself due to the size of the vessel but anchor outside and be supplied by the smaller ships accompanying it. The ship has visited Tartus before in 1995 and 2007.

BEIJING, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- China said on Monday that the Syrian crisis should be resolved under the framework of the Arab League (AL).
"It accords with the common interests of Syria, Arab countries and the international community," Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hong Lei said at a daily press briefing.
China hopes the AL and Syria can strengthen communication and coordination in order to properly resolve relevant issues in line with the fundamental interests of the Syrian people, Hong said.
He also called on the two sides to consider the peace and stability of the Middle East and prevent outside interference.
The AL decided Sunday to immediately impose sanctions on Syria as Damascus missed the deadline to allow an observer mission into the violence-hit country.
The sanctions included a travel ban on senior Syrian officials, the suspension of business with the Syrian Central Bank and the freezing of the Syrian government's funds in the Arab countries.

When will the citizens of planet Earth understand the “Geo Political Push” by the same old warmongers that took out Libya is at it yet again..? It is clear to anyone with an ounce of intelligence that the “Three Stooges” are again rattling their sabers at Syria with the same old story that have used so many times before.
It was not my intention to start this article off with some satirical reference but you know sometimes it is like “peeing into the wind during a gale” to get the message across...it becomes more and more frustrating to see you all watch these charades keep unfolding without even knowing the truth behind our extremely aggressive foreign policy.
Do you all care about your future, your job security and want to retain the things you have ever worked for? Want to retain your heavily mortgaged house and secure a healthy safe future for your children and your grandchildren...well folks I have to say you have a funny way of demonstrating your compassion towards your family and fellow humans!!
We keep sending in our armed forces to such places as the Balkans, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and more recently Libya but to what avail?……do you know why we are sending our gallant troops to the slaughter?-- do you really believe what your past Prime Minister have told you…..Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and now our current “War Criminal,” David Cameron?…….well I can assure you it has nothing to do with democracy or to launch a humanitarian campaign to save lives because I can assure you it is entirely the opposite……..this my friends is all about Imperialistic Greed and more importantly a “New World Order Master Plan” to take control of the EU, Middle East and the World beyond. Their plan has three main themes, which are:
· To take control of the worlds natural resources
· To take control of the markets for those resources
· To take control of the sea lanes and transit routes for those resources
It has always been their intention to take out any country that is not user friendly towards the US, UK, France and other NATO countries.

The focus is for the New World Order to cause massive unrest in the areas that are of interest to their economic greed and then as each country fails (economically speaking) their front line World Bank and IMF move in and control that country…..this will eventually lead to a breakdown of sovereignty within the UK, Europe and other parts of the world.

So what is the current situation in Syria…….well for sure the French have their experts training militia close to the border in Turkey and also in Lebanon. The US and British continue to push hard for a regime change and sitting right there at the top of the list is Israel waiting to strike and at the same time utilise their vast storage of weapons that have been stockpiled by the United States (almost double the norm)……add to that the weapons that the US has specifically designed for an attack on Iran and Israel's own nuclear and depleted uranium weapons and one can see the scene is set.
So what are they waiting for……well my friends the same as usual a justification to move in i.e. a “False Flag Incident” such as happened in 9/11 and 7/7….they will also push the UN for permission to go in on humanitarian grounds which is one of the best cons you are likely to see……..you may not be aware but that they even did this before the Iraq War by entering Kurdistan (North Iraq) with humanitarian supplies but at the same time (very conveniently) set up permanent military “Forward Bases.”…I have much firsthand knowledge on this deliberate move made by the US and UK to cloud over the true reason….needless to say Turkey was there to enhance the operation as it is right now with the situation in Syria……talk about being “Two Faced.”
Before closing I have to share one moving experience for me over the weekend when the “Lancers” marched through the city to celebrate their return from Afghanistan…..I have always felt proud as to how we deal with British way of “Pomp & Circumstance” but this time I looked upon them as being pawns in an unjust war……I thought about how many came back in body bags, how many came back badly injured and mentally scared and how many had breathed in the millions of nano particles of radioactive depleted uranium from their own weapons and how many would succumb to the many illnesses and cancers that follow.
When I see our leaders and ministers at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London laying their wreaths in tributes to the fallen, especially the fallen from the Balkans, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan, “I feel intensely sick”……it reminds me of those evil words that came from the lips on yet another Zionist - Henry Kissinger when he stated:
“Military men are just dumb stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy”

This certainly does not show any resemblance to a potential victory and just like Iraq the mission has failed and just like Iraq, Afghanistan will fall back into an insecure environment. However do not be fooled by this so called drawdown of troops from Iraq…. Obama and our own PM said all troop will be withdrawn…..what they did not tell you that they have replaced them with over 100,000 private security personnel who are armed to the teeth……..we are in Iraq and Afghanistan forever unless they kick us all out….that is after they have finished throwing their shoes at us!!!
Oh well that western democracy at its best I guess!!!

GENEVA, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Syria released its reports here on Monday, accusing the Syrian army and security force of crimes against humanity in handling the protests inside the country.
The Commission was established in line with a UN resolution to probe into alleged human rights violations in the country since March.
"The Commission has concluded based on its findings that members of the Syrian army and security force have committed crimes against humanity in their repression of largely civilian population in the context of peaceful protest movement," Paulo Sergio Pinheiro, member of the Commission, told a press conference held in Geneva.
He said the Commission had verified cases of murder, torture, rape, imprisonment or other severe deprivation of liberty occurred in different locations of Syria after conducting interviews with 223 victims of alleged human rights violations.
"The commission has also reached the conclusion that the wide-spread and systematic violations of human rights in Syria could not have happen without the consent of highest ranking state officials," Pinheiro said.
However, the conclusion is being doubted as a result of lacking proofs from concrete spot investigations, as the Commission has not been given access to visit Syria so far.
The Commission denied to specifying how the interviews with the victims of violations were carried out, citing the need to protect interviewees.

VATICAN CITY: The Italian abbot of an ancient monastery in Syria who has criticized the bloody crackdown on protests and campaigned for peace talks said on Monday that he was being expelled from the country.
"It seems the authorities have decided it would be better if Father Paolo did not stay in Syria," Paolo Dall'Oglio, who heads the monastery of Deir Mar Musa some 90 kilometers (56 miles) north of Damascus, told Vatican radio.
