President al-Assad Inaugurates Project for Connecting Southern and Northern Ring Roads in Damascus
"The citizen can now go from the western suburbs to Damascus International Airport directly without stopping at the traffic lights… this means a reduction in the number of accidents and decrease in oil consumption," Yousef Hammoud, Director of the General Establishment of Road Communications said.
