في السعودية.. المطالبة بالدستور جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون!

في وقت لا تتردد السلطات السعودية بإطلاق «النصائح» شمالاً ويميناً في ضرورة الإصلاح في بعض الدول، ولم تكن سورية بمنأى من هذه «النصائح» السعودية، باتت المطالبة بوجود دستور في السعودية جريمة يحاكم عليها القانون.

ووجهت محكمة سعودية للمحامي المدافع عن حقوق الإنسان وليد أبو الخير تهمة «المطالبة بإقرار الملكية الدستورية في المملكة»، بحسب شبكة «راصد» الإخبارية. ومثل أبو الخير أول أمس أمام المحكمة في مدينة جدة غرب المملكة استجابة لاستدعاء رسمي. وذكر أبو الخير على حسابه في «تويتر» أن القاضي وجه له عدداً من التهم أبرزها تهمة «المطالبة بملكية دستورية في المملكة». كما شملت لائحة التهم الموجهة لأبي الخير «تحريض زوجته سمر بدوي ضد السلطات».
وقال ناشط حقوقي بارز تحفظ على ذكر اسمه تعليقاً على التهم الموجهة لأبي الخير: «بلا شك إنها تهم باطلة ولا تستند إلى معايير القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان».وأضاف: إن هناك اعتقاداً سائداً لدى الحقوقيين السعوديين أن هناك مسلسلاً لاستهدافهم بدأ باعتقال الناشطين محمد البجادي وفاضل المناسف والآن توجيه تهم لوليد أبو الخير.

ورأى الناشط أن هجوم الصحافة المحلية على الحقوقيين السعوديين في الأيام الماضية يأتي ضمن سياق استهداف منظم لهم.
