The draft Rural Community Development at Jabal al-Huss in Aleppo in response to the urgent need for development projects to suit the circumstances of rural economic activity and seeks to achieve sustainable development in which the adoption of the principle of lending, not the distribution of financial grants to once and for helping to create job opportunities for the target segment and improving the income of the beneficiaries of the project and involve them fully in the management of funds and lending decision-making.
