Confirmed the national leadership of the Baath Arab Socialist Party, the march of reform in Syria made great strides on the road to democracy and to enhance the experience of local administration and the consolidation of content popular is another important step to link the concept of individual freedom, freedom of the community and their complementarity in the context of the reform process and the comprehensive development to build a new democratic society based on pluralism order to preserve political freedom and dignity of citizens and their rights and enhance its role in taking responsibility through participation in nation building and development of its institutions and the completion of the ongoing reform process requirements and provide opportunities for its success on various aspects of life.
The national leadership in a statement today on the occasion of the tenth session of the elections of local administration that these elections take place in exceptional circumstances taking place in Syria and in the light of the implications of the plot against the Syrian people and the goals of a warrant to contribute to serious and effective to prevent the achievement of the conspiracy of those goals and the nip of through active participation in the process of development and reform and the defense of the homeland and the people's interests and to enable access to the exercise of his rights and duties and all national responsibility.

The statement called for the Advancement of responsibilities to achieve the aspirations and goals of these councils to serve the process of reform and development through the popularity of ballot boxes and the wide participation of the elections this session a new step and honorable for the life of democracy in Syria and choose the most efficient and the most distinguished and capable of giving and taking responsibility.
And called for national leadership in its statement of all parties and people's organizations, trade unions and civil society institutions and citizens to participate constructively in the election to contribute to the construction of modern Syria and supplement the process of economic and social fundamentals of success and development, and increase performance and improve the conditions of citizens living and service.
