All confirmed that the national dialogue is the safest way to address the crisis in Syria, and dialogue mean convergence, brainstorm, and identify areas of agreement and points of difference, and then move towards bringing the views of some of the others, the priority rule is always to the nation and its interests.
This is the dialogue called for by the Syrian leadership, and working for it internally and regionally, but the problem is in those armed terrorists, and holders of swords and machetes killed, and represent the bodies, and destroying public facilities shelling or burned, and the attack on the symptoms and livelihoods, and these favorites on the opposition, or (opposition) are favorites for them abroad, is it acceptable and reasonable to conduct a dialogue with them?.
Those from the standpoint of law, any national law or international murderers and criminals and dealing with them cannot only be according to the Criminal Code.
For example, the impact of these criminals in the hands of the competent authorities - and they are many acknowledged committing crimes unimaginable, and those who kill time, and killed ten times or more, ripping and burning, looting and raping, and the rest of them armed terrorists who are still fugitives from justice is not best perhaps even worse off than by virtue of time, does not accept any dialogue with the sound mind these?.
